265 Platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security and comply with procedural requirements. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Payment & Transaction Information

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 265 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX, approved eWallets such as TNG eWallet, and other local methods that may be offered from time to time.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to current platform terms, which may change without prior notice.
  • Withdrawals can only be processed to accounts or wallets registered under the same user name.
  • 265 Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigations or compliance requirements.
  • Bonuses and promotional credits may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal.

All transactions are final once confirmed. Any payment disputes must be reported to the 265 support team within 7 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be processed.

Legitimate funds in closed accounts will be returned following standard procedures after investigations, subject to platform compliance.
